The issue though is that it wasn't rated AO - for those of the age of 18 and above.<BR/><BR/>Whats the distinction between that one year? Mainly porn laws. Porn is supposed to be for those over the age of 18 in most places, not 17. Thus by presenting it in a game rated for 17 year olds, you present porn to minors.<BR/><BR/>Anyways, thats what the issue is about. Do I think Rockstar is guilty? Hell no. Yes, I believe they left the content in their game, but that is irrelevant, because there's no way to humanly access it out of the box. You have to install a program from a third party that modifies the game, and unlocks those components. <BR/><BR/>As such, Rockstar should not be held liable for the actions of third parties. That would be like holding Maxis/EA liable for the Sims, because someone came out with a Sims Nude Patch that removes the blur nudity filter.<BR/><BR/>That this is even under scrutiny displays the ignorance of the media.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
